LA GRANDE – Summer break is almost here, but that doesn’t mean the local schools aren’t staying busy. Elkhorn Media Group recently sat down for another regular meeting with LGSD Assistant Superintendent Scott Carpenter about the latest school board meeting, as well as a few other key topics.
