WALLA WALLA – Starting today (Friday), temporary traffic signals will be implemented ahead of the roundabout at State Route 125 and Myra Road. The signals will allow one lane of alternating traffic to pass through the partially completed roundabout.

Myra Road will remain closed between State Route 125 and Commercial Drive/Twin Creek Place. Detour routes will be in place to maintain access between Myra Road and State Route 125 via Commercial Drive and The Dalles Military Road.

Drivers should expect delays, use caution, and follow posted speed limits traveling through the construction zone. These adjustments were developed in coordination with the Washington State Department of Transportation and the city of Walla Walla to support traffic flow through the intersection. Construction of the intersection is expected to be completed by the end of June.
