Citizen request for a variance at 02S452900103 VAR#2026-09 PENNINGTON-ODD ONE, LLC – The applicant is Seth Pennington on behalf of Odd One, LLC. The application requests four variances to subdivision requirements: 1) sidewalks; 2) storm drainage; 3) roadway curbs; and 4) bikeways. The subject property is described as tax lot 103 of Assessor’s Map 02S4529 in the General Residential (R-2) zone and consists of approximately 20 acres. Written and oral comments may be presented at the hearing or City Hall or mailed to PO Box 15, Joseph, Oregon 97846.
