Enterprise School District names Dan Wold as next Superintendent

ENTERPRISE – (Release from the Enterprise School District) The Enterprise School District is pleased to announce the selection of Dan Wold as its next Superintendent, following a comprehensive and thoughtful search process. 

Mr. Wold brings a wealth of experience in educational leadership, with a strong track record of fostering student success, supporting educators, and building meaningful partnerships within the community. His commitment to academic excellence and inclusive school environments aligns closely with the district’s mission and values.

“We are excited to welcome Dan Wold to the Enterprise School District,” said MacKenzie Rodgers, Chair of the Enterprise School Board of Directors. “Throughout the selection process, Mr. Wold demonstrated a clear vision for the future of our schools, a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing education today, and a genuine dedication to students, staff, and families.”

Mr. Wold has served in various leadership roles throughout his career, where he has focused on improving student outcomes, strengthening instructional practices, and promoting collaboration among the stakeholders. He is widely respected for his approachable leadership style and his ability to listen and respond to the needs of diverse school communities.

The Board conducted a rigorous search process that included stakeholder input, candidate interviews, and community engagement. Mr. Wold emerged as the candidate best suited to lead the district into its next chapter.

Mr. Wold is expected to begin his role on July 1, 2026.
