Two residents displaced after Pendleton house fire

PENDLETON – Pendleton Fire and Ambulance responded to a house fire Monday night in the 3300 block of Southwest Ladow Avenue, with a total of six units responding including one from the Umatilla Tribal Fire Department.

Pendleton Fire Chief Tony Pierotti said the fire was stopped at the area of its origin, but that the home did sustain heat and smoke damage.

No injuries were reported but two people were displaced and Red Cross had been notified for temporary housing.
