UNION– (Release from Grande Ronde Hospital) Grande Ronde Hospital and Clinics (GRH) is continuing its community engagement series, GRH on the Road, with an upcoming stop designed for residents of both Union and Cove. Community members are invited to attend a healthcare update and open Q&A with President and CEO Jeremy Davis on Wednesday, April 8, at 6:00 p.m. at the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show Clubhouse, 760 E. Delta Avenue in Union.
This series of community forums is designed to bring timely healthcare conversations directly to the communities GRH serves. Davis will provide updates on the current state of local healthcare, including what GRH is celebrating, the challenges rural hospitals continue to face, and what’s ahead for the organization and its patients.
“We launched this series to strengthen our connection with the people we serve—by showing up, listening, and having real conversations about local healthcare,” said Davis. “Whether you have a question, a concern, or simply want to stay informed, these events are for you.”
GRH on the Road launched in September with a visit to Elgin, as a first step in strengthening GRH’s connection with communities throughout Union County.
Located just minutes apart, Union and Cove share strong community ties, and this event is an opportunity for neighbors from both communities to come together, ask questions, and be part of the conversation about the future of healthcare in the valley.
The April 8 event is free and open to the public. No RSVP is required.
