Natural Grocers expands to downtown Walla Walla

WALLA WALLA – Natural Grocers, a specialized organic and natural food retailer, announced plans to open its first location in the Walla Walla Valley this spring. The new storefront, located at 102 East Poplar St., will be the company’s sixth retail site in Washington state.

Ahead of the opening, the company will host a community meet-and-greet on Tuesday, March 24, from 4-6 p.m. (Presentation begins at 4 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session). The event will take place in the ballroom at the Courtyard by Marriott Walla Walla, 550 W. Rose St.

Following the meet-and-greet, Natural Grocers will conduct a two-day hiring event on Wednesday and Thursday, March 25 and 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the same location as the meet-and-greet.

These sessions are designed to introduce residents to the brand’s history and core values while recruiting for various career roles.
