BAKER CITY — A press release was issued recently by the City of Baker City regarding a scheduled inspection of the city’s water treatment facility, set for today, January 27th.
According to a release from Baker City Water Department Operations Manager Tommy Hayes, the 3-million-gallon reservoir will be inspected, and, “To complete this inspection, the water level in the reservoir must be temporarily lowered.”
Hayes said some customers may experience a change in water pressure, but officials expect the pressure to return to normal by tomorrow, January 28th.
He also noted, “We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important maintenance activity. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at 541-519-8026.”
