Radinovich sentenced to 90 days in jail on sex, marijuana, & alcohol crimes

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail and on probation following convictions to multiple sex-related crimes in Grant County.
Grant County Circuit Court documents show that Joseph Vernon Radinovich, 48, pleaded guilty to two counts of Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree, Unlawful Delivery of a Marijuana Item, and two counts of Furnishing Alcohol to a Person under 21.
Radinovich was sentenced to a total of 90 days in jail and placed on Supervised Probation with Special Conditions for 36 months. Included in the Special Conditions (among others) are 120 hours of community service, refraining from having contact with any person under the age of 18, and not publicly or privately using or possessing intoxicants. Four counts were disposed with no conviction.
