PENDLETON – Oregon State Police (OSP) have released more details in a single-
vehicle rollover on Sunday that led to delays and long lines of traffic on Interstate 84
Sunday morning near Pendleton.

An OSP report says at around 9:42 a.m. a white Ford Excursion was traveling
westbound when it went off the left-hand side of the road and rolled near Exit 213 on the
east side of Pendleton. The driver, a 53-year-old Hermiston woman, was found partially
ejected from the vehicle but was conscious and breathing.

She was extricated by Umatilla Tribal Fire before being air-lifted to Kadlec Regional
Medical Center in Richland. There was no further information on the extent of her
injuries. No citations were issued.

Both lanes of the interstate were affected leading to long lines of single-lane traffic going
in both directions.
