GCSO conducts 2 arrests in Canyon City

CANYON CITY – The Grant County Sheriff’s Office served an arrest warrant yesterday at a location on S Humbolt in Canyon City. Chuck Briney of Canyon City was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Baker County for Contempt of Court. Nothing further was released regarding the arrest.

Another arrest was made on S Humbolt in Canyon City Tuesday, at approximately 5:10 p.m., Ian Humbird of Canyon City was arrested for a probation violation detainer. No further details were released.
