One full-time officer and two reserves were recently sworn in to Nyssa Police force

NYSSA — The Nyssa Police Department welcomed three new faces into the station and onto the team last week. NPD recently held swearing in ceremonies for the new personnel.
Officer West was sworn in as Nyssa Police’s newest full-time officer. NPD writes, “West is answering the call to serve our community. He is eager and ready to help keep the community of Nyssa safe. Join us in welcoming Officer West to the team.”
Two reserve officers also joined the Nyssa Police Department. NPD welcomed returning Reserve Officer Valdivia and said, “He has previously served our community and is answering the call to do it again.”
The department noted that Reserve Officer Ong is new, but brings with him some years of experience. NPD wrote, “Ong has served as a full-time officer and now brings his desire to help others to the City of Nyssa.”
