You have likely noticed an increased police presence at our schools.

Our collaboration with local law enforcement is part of a broader strategy to build a secure and welcoming environment for our students and staff. Frequently having officers in our buildings familiarizes them with our schools, staff, and students. Likewise, our staff and students create relationships with the officers.

Increased officer presence at a school does not always mean that a threat was made or that there is a potential for danger. We will continue to keep parents informed if there is a threat or risk to student safety.

Your childโ€™s safety remains our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and support in these efforts.

We are committed to maintaining open lines of communication with parents and our community. Should you have any inquiries regarding our safety measures or the police presence in our schools, please feel free to contact Mike Padilla, our Student Safety and Prevention Coordinator.
