Baker City man arrested for Assault IV, Strangulation and Menacing

BAKER COUNTY – (From Baker County Sheriff’s Office) On December 25, 2024 at approximately 8:31 a.m., Baker County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch received a 911 call reporting a disturbance occurring on Miles Bridge Road near Baker City.

Deputies arrived at the residence and contacted both parties involved. During the investigation, it was determined that Fernando Tizcareno-Robles (36 yoa) and an adult female were involved in a physical altercation that began the night prior. Tizcareno-Robles strangled and kicked the female, causing her to sustain visible injuries.

Tizcareno-Robles was arrested and charged with Assault IV, Strangulation and Menacing. He was transported and lodged at the Baker County Jail.
