Powder River Adults in Custody Choir perform at Baker City Hall

BAKER CITY — ‘Tis the season for spreading joy and cheer, and recently a few adults in custody at Powder River Correctional Facility got the chance to show off their bars…musical bars, that is! The Powder River Correctional Facility Adults in Custody Choir made a special appearance at City Hall in Baker City to sing holiday carols to the staff on Friday.
