Williams sentenced in Grant County Circuit Court

CANYON CITY – It’ll be jail time and more for one individual who pleaded guilty to assault and firearm charges in Grant County Circuit Court. On December 9^th, 2024, Kassidy Williams, 24, entered guilty pleas for charges including Assault in the Fourth Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, and Firearm Transferor Fail to Comply. Williams also entered a “No Contest” plea for Criminal Trespass in the First Degree.

Kassidy Williams was sentenced to a total of 360 hours, or 15 days, in jail, and 12 months on Bench Probation. The crimes were committed in February and August of 2024.
