First Bid for the Gold and Blue Scholarship Dinner and Auction held in Baker City

BAKER CITY – The Baker FFA Alumni and Supporter Organization recently hosted the first Bid for the Gold and Blue Scholarship Dinner and Auction. This event was intended to raise funds to support students and their journeys through FFA. While the amount raised was not released, organizers said, “The support for the Baker FFA Alumni and Supporters has been such a blessing. Many students will benefit from the generosity from our community. We can’t think our community enough. Every dollar raised will help a student achieve their goal at attending either a national or a state competition or conference. Our local chapter has over 100 active FFA members including high school and middle school students. We are so proud to be a part of this community!”
