Baker County SAR and Baker Rural Fire participate in training

BAKER COUNTY — As the temperatures continue to plummet and snowfall increases, this is the time of the year someone does not want to be injured in the Baker County backcountry. Members of the Baker County Search and Rescue team and Baker Rural Fire Department recently participated in a training. The joint exercise consisted of members practicing patient assessment, as well as patient packaging for transport out of remote areas. 

Luckily for the participants, the training was indoors and out of the elements.
