Man arrested on disorderly conduct charge in John Day

JOHN DAY – The Grant County Sheriff’s Office conducted an arrest near a local restaurant in Canyon City yesterday. At approximately 11:17 p.m. last night, the Sheriff’s Office conducted a follow-up investigation, and as a result, Ian Edward Humbird was arrested. According to Sheriff McKinley, the follow-up was in conjunction with multiple calls that came in yesterday at the John Day Plaza. Humbird was later located in Canyon City and arrested for Disorderly Conduct II.
