Walla Walla City Council approves a two-year police guild contract

WALLA WALLA – Walla Walla police officers will receive a five percent salary increase in 2025 and a three percent salary increase in 2026.

The labor agreement between the city and Walla Walla Police Guild was successfully negotiated without attorneys from either party at the table. The Walla Walla City Council approved the agreement last week.

The estimated salary cost, including associated benefits, of the two-year labor agreement is nearly $12 million, and has been included in the proposed 2025-2026 biennial budget.
