Man arrested in Baker County for DUI & possession of meth

BAKER COUNTY – A man in possession of meth was recently caught traveling at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour on I-84 in Baker County. On Thursday, November 14th, Trevor Keith Smith, 35, of Grants Pass, OR was pulled over near milepost 304 by Oregon State Police for a speeding violation when the Trooper observed signs of impairment.  Smith underwent field sobriety tests and was taken into custody and transported to the Baker County Jail.

Smith was cited in lieu of custody for Driving Under the Influence, as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). A tow was requested for Smith’s vehicle.
