Nyssa Public Library accepting food in lieu of money for overdue fines

NYSSA – Good news for residents of Nyssa with overdue library books. During the month of November, the Nyssa Public Library is accepting non-perishable food items in lieu of money for the fines. Each item equals one dollar toward your library fines.

All food items will be donated to the Nyssa Food Bank, which will use the items for their Thanksgiving food basket program. Anyone with questions can call 541-372-2978.
