Grant Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking bids for the construction of 1.3 miles of barbed wire fence on private land along a section of North Fork Wind Creek, a tributary of the South Fork John Day. Bid Packets are available during business hours at 721 S. Canyon Blvd in John Day or on the District’s website at www.grantswcd.net.
A voluntary bid tour is scheduled for November 13th; bids close on Friday, November 15th at 3:00 p.m.
