Halloween road closure notification for the City of Hines

HINES-The City of Hines will be closing the 500 block of N. Saginaw Avenue, the 400 block of King Avenue and the 500 block of Tennyson Avenue on Halloween night (October 31st), between 6pm to 9pm, for the safety of the increasing number of trick or treaters that frequent that area.
Residents of this area will have access from the 600 block of Tennyson Avenue.
