City council to deliberate on proposed Cottonwood subdivision

WALLA WALLA – The Walla Walla City Council will deliberate tonight (Wednesday) at 6:30 p.m. during its regular meeting whether to approve the Cottonwood Investors LLC development agreement relating to approximately 104 acres of land near Cottonwood and Kendall roads

The developer has applied to the city’s development services department to develop 257 single-family residential lots with an associated street, drainage facilities, and open space.

Tonight’s deliberation and decision will be a quasi-judicial procedure. No public testimony will be taken.
