HARNEY COUNTY-Harney County would like to thank Harney County’s Emergency Manager, Melinda Todd for her unwavering dedication to enhancing the community’s safety and preparedness. Her leadership has been instrumental in implementing new evacuation management software, ensuring we are better equipped for emergencies. This innovative technology, powered by Genasys, is a game-changer for emergency response planning and evacuation management.
Harney County was instrumental in ODHS/OREM pursuing Genasys for all 36 counties in the state after seeing it utilized for the EOC for the Falls Fire.
