Vehicle break-ins are happening in Harney County

Harney County-Harney County Dispatch received a report of suspicious activity on North Elm St in Burns around 9:30 pm last night. The caller stated that there was a guy trying to break into parked vehicles and houses. Burns and Hines Police Offices located the individual and identified him as 31-year-old Bradley Defender. Defender was detained and transferred to Harney County Jail where is being held for Criminal Trespass in the 2^nd degree and Disorderly Conduct in the 2^nd Degree.
