Elm Street closure planned for La Grande, August 20

LA GRANDE – The La Grande police department has announced a street closure for Tuesday, August 20, as part of the Eastern Oregon Fire Museum Open House. A portion of Elm Street between Washington Ave (as well as the alley towards Adams Ave) will be closed from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. that evening. Drivers should plan a different route if necessary and watch for increased pedestrians in the area.
