WALLA WALLA – Skyler Ian Glasby, 35, of Walla Walla was sentenced to 18 months in prison Monday after being found guilty of theft of a motor vehicle and third-degree theft.

The case against Glasby involves him stealing a car last October in Walla Walla and being arrested the next day in Umatilla County.

Walla Walla County Prosecuting Attorney Gabe Acosta said Glasby’s drug offender sentence alternative violation hearing in a separate case was continued to Aug. 19.

Although Glasby’s residence is listed as Walla Walla, the jail has listed it as Dayton, Washington. He has also been arrested and found guilty of crimes committed in Umatilla County.
