Walla Walla man charged with rape of a child, incest, other charges

WALLA WALLA – New charges of rape of a child and incest have been filed against Mark Anthony Fowler, 63, of Walla Walla. Prosecutors said he was already in the Walla Walla County Jail on existing charges of rape of a child, child molestation, and incest.
Fowler was arrested by the Walla Walla Police Department after it was reported he sexually abused a 7-year-old girl. According to court documents, Fowler allegedly sexually abused the victim, to whom he is related, from age 3 to 6 on out-of-town trips, plus once in a Walla Walla hotel.
Since his arrest, another relative, now 32 years old, disclosed that she was allegedly abused by Fowler from the ages of 7 to 12. The second victim didn’t disclose the sexual abuse until Fowler was arrested and she felt safe to do so.
