Red Flag Warning hit Harney County Yet again

HARNEY COUNTY-A Red Flag Warning has been issued for Harney and Malheur Counties effective 1:00pm until 11:00pm tonight.
The Red Flag Warning is for Owyhee Mountains, Burns BLM and Vale BLM.
Scattered thunderstorms, especially near the Nevada border are expected.
Outflow winds around 45-55 MPH could extend as far from the base of the storm near Durkee, Cow Valley and Falls Fires.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will occur shortly.
