WSP seeks assistance locating driver in hit and run collision

KENNEWICK – The Washington State Patrol is seeking the public’s help locating two persons of interest in a serious injury hit and run collision involving a white 1990 Honda Accord at the intersection of U.S. 395 and West Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick.

The incident occurred Monday at 3:50 a.m. The Honda Accord struck a semi-truck, causing it to roll and eject one of the occupants who suffered life threatening injuries. The driver, Tyler William Harris, was identified and an unidentified female passenger later fled the scene.

Troopers and officers from the Kennewick Police Department searched the area but were unable to locate Harris or the other female occupant.

Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or have information regarding Harris and the female passenger is asked to contact the Washington State Patrol.
