Two vehicle crash on SR-124 under investigation

WALLA WALLA COUNTY – A man from Grangeville, Idaho was injured Wednesday when he attempted to pass another vehicle while it was turning into a driveway.
The Washington State Patrol reports the accident happened just before noon on westbound State Route 124 at milepost 28, about 20 miles north of Walla Walla.
Troopers charged Peter B. Boeckel with improper passing. His 2014 Ford F150 truck was totaled. The driver of the over vehicle, Owen L. Lanning, 27, of Dayton, Washington, was not injured.
