WALLA WALLA – The city of Walla Walla’s 2024 Business Satisfaction Survey arrives in mailboxes this week. Through this survey, the city asks business owners their thoughts on a variety of subjects, including city services, performance of local government, the economic landscape, the regulatory environment, and the priorities for the upcoming year.
For this assessment, the city contracts with Cobalt Community Research, a nonprofit organization in Michigan that assists local governments in engaging their communities, utilizing a statistically valid surveying process. Cobalt Community Research also assists the city with its annual resident satisfaction survey.
Results from the survey will be processed and compiled in May. City leaders will use the top priorities shared by business owners to move new projects forward or shift the focus of its efforts.
