Painted Sky Center for the Arts is accepting volunteers

JOHN DAY – Painted Sky Center for the Arts in John Day are open to volunteers. Executive Director Valerie Munyon was on KJDY’s Coffee Time Thursday, and informed listeners that anyone can lend a hand should they so desire:
“There’s a little bit of something for everyone’s interests and abilities. If you want to come in and help with office admin. Stuff you can do that for an hour or two. If you love party planning, you want to help with events you can do that as well. If there’s something I haven’t mentioned or you don’t see [it] in our catalogue, let me know, and say, ‘Hey, I have expertise in this area,’ And maybe that’s something we need help with.”
