HARNEY COUNTY- (Details from the National Weather Service)The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Watch for areas in southeast Oregon and Southwest Idaho.

What: Southwest winds 30 to 40 MPH with gusts up to 60 MPH possible.

Where: Portions of southwest Idaho and southeast Oregon.

When: From Thursday morning through Thursday evening.

Impacts Damaging winds could blow down trees and Power lines. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
