Speed reductions taking effect on two streets in Walla Walla

WALLA WALLA – In support of making streets safer for everyone, the city of
Walla Walla is advising motorists of speed limit reductions taking effect on
Lower Waitsburg Road and Division Street.
On Friday, Division Street was reduced from 30 to 25 miles per hour.
This coming Wednesday, Lower Waitsburg Road will be reduced from 50 to 35
miles per hour between U.S. 12 and the city limits to the north.
The city of Walla Walla has reader boards in place to the impacted streets to highlight the speed reduction.
