Harney County-Harney County Judge Bill Hart spoke on Harney County Live about what he has completed in the past yeast since he has taken office. Judge Hart was on Harney County Live February 2023 and spoke about the budget and it being a learning curve. Judge Hart stated that they have are starting work on this years budget.
