MILTON-FREEWATER – Milton-Freewater Police Chief Joe Shurtz announced Friday another suspect has been arrested in connection to a string of graffiti cases throughout the city.
Arturo Diaz-Saldana, 21, of Milton-Freewater was taken into custody Thursday on one count of first-degre criminal mischief, four counts of second-degree criminal mischief, and three counts of second-degree criminal trespass.
This arrest is in conjunction with the arrest earlier this week of Angel Ibarra Diaz, 20, of Milton-Freewater. See Milton-Freewater police arrest graffiti suspect – Elkhorn Media Group
Shurtz said there is still an on-going investigation into the others who were involved in the string of graffiti incidents that have occurred.
Diaz-Saldana was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail and the case is being forwarded to the Umatilla County District Attorney’s Office for consideration.
