Fire destroys shop in Finley

FINLEY – A shop was destroyed by fire early Sunday morning. Benton County Fire District No. 1 responded to a report of a possible residential structure fire at 217505 East 59th Avenue off of Game Farm Road at 12:06 a.m.

Crews arrived along with deputies from the Benton County Sheriff’s Office to find a large, detached shop fully involved in fire. Firefighters launched a defensive attack and brought the fire under control. Kennewick Fire Department and Pasco Fire Department also responded.

No injuries were reported. The shop is a total loss. The cause is under investigation.
