Winter Weather Advisory issued for Harney and Malheur County

Harney County and Malheur County-The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory that is in effect until 10:00 am this morning, December 19, 2023.
Harney County and Malheur County in southeast Oregon, the Lower Treasure Valley in southeast Oregon and southwest Idaho will be affected. Expect a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain.
Plan on slippery road conditions, especially for the morning commute and sidewalks may become ice-covered. Temperatures in the lower elevations will gradually rise above freezing throughout the early morning hours.
The National Weather Service asks that you slow down and use caution while traveling.
