Harney County-Harney County 4-H is here due to the dedicated volunteers.

One volunteer, Tina Mello, when above and beyond all expectations for any volunteer.

Harney County 4-H wanted to make sure that Tina was recognized for her timeless commitment to 4-H in Harney County. Tina drove to Corvallis to join 4-H Extension Program Coordinator Christine Stokely last week to receive a Cooperator Award.
