Driver in Harney County is caught weaving across the road while driving

Harney County-According to an Oregon State Police record, Saturday night of December 9, 2023, Oregon State Police observed a vehicle driving well below the speed limit and weaving across the road, near milepost 142 on Highway 20.

Oregon State Police conducted a traffic stop where signs of impairment were observed. The driver Ashlee Hasty, 36, of Burns consented to a field sobriety test and further indicators of impairment were noticed.

Hasty was subsequently arrested for DUII and transported to the Harney County Jail. Hasty was cited in lieu of custody for DUII and issued a violation citation for Fail to Drive within Lane.
