Community-Wide Cooking & Nutrition Workshop in Harney County

Harney County-Symmetry Care and Harney District Hospital are teaming up to present a Community-Wide Cooking & Nutrition Workshop.

Join them for a free three-week, interactive cooking class. this hands-on course will give you the opportunity to leave feeling more confident in your ability to create a delicious, well-rounded, and affordable meal based on the MyPlate Method.

Dinner and take-home items will be included each week.

Classes will begin January 9, 2024 and all classes will be held from 5:30-7pm at Symmetry Care.
