Update on Major Crimes Team Activation in Harney County

Harney County(Released by Harney County Sheriff’s Office) -October 29, 2023 Update: As a result of the ongoing investigation of criminal activity that occurred in the early morning hours of October 28, 2023, a bicyclist was found deceased. The deceased has been identified as David Brinkley, who’s next of kin has been notified. Cause of death is under investigation.
Law enforcement is asking for help from all business owners and citizens who may have surveillance video footage of a white Toyota Tundra with a white canopy and/or a white 2017 Ford Edge driving in the areas of Hines Blvd. to Saginaw and Highway 20 from Shell gas station to South Date in Burns during the early morning hours of October 28, 2023.
