C.A.S.A Program Manager talks about the need for volunteers

Harney County-Maranda Calkins the Program Manager with C.A.S.A.(Court Appointed Special Advocates) spoke on Harney County Live about needing volunteers and the process it takes to become a volunteer. C.A.S.A. currently has 9 volunteers and are in the need of at least 6 more.

Maranda also update the community about the Trick-or-Treat Parade that is happening on Halloween
