Man jailed on domestic violence charges in Grant County

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail on domestic violence charges, according to documents from the Grant County Circuit Court.
Bobby Lee Ruston, 46, pleaded guilty to Assault in the Fourth Degree—Constituting Domestic Violence, as well as Harassment—Constituting Domestic Violence. Ruston was sentenced to 20 days in jail, placed on Supervised Probation for 18 months, and is ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
One count was disposed with no conviction.
