Grant County conducts emergency alert test

JOHN DAY – September is National Emergency Preparedness Month. Grant County Emergency Management Coordinator Eric Bush was on KJDY’s Coffee Time Tuesday morning:
“It’s a great time to think about being prepared, especially as seasons change and we are getting ready for winter.
Later today, we’re going to do a test alert on the Everbridge system and see how that goes. So, if you’re signed up on Everbridge through the county website you should receive a test message in a manner you selected when you signed up.”
