Semi-truck roll over on HWY 20 in Harney County

Harney County-On the afternoon of Saturday August 26, 2023, Oregon State Police and the Harney County Sheriff’s Office responded to a rollover semi crash at mile post 81 on HWY 20. Investigation revealed that a semi-truck and trailer has been eastbound on HWY 20 driving about 62 miles per hours when it veered onto the eastbound shoulder. The semi-truck corrected sharply back onto the road but then overcorrected back onto the shoulder, where it became unbalanced and rolled onto the passenger side. Minor damage was done to the highway and a fog marker. The driver Ilija Mirovic, 34, of Wayne New Jersey was uninjured.
