Blasting Work Causing Additional Travel Delays in Hells Canyon July 25-28

HELLS CANYON – Idaho Power announced that additional blasting work has been scheduled for Hells Canyon. Travel will be impacted south of Big Bar at Eckels Creek (Mile Marker 13) beginning Tuesday, July 25, through Friday, July 28. Work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m., with the road open between 12 p.m. and one 1 p.m. each day. Outside of the open period, drivers should prepare for delays up of to an hour.
